These lightweight high strength insulated panels consist of an expanded polystyrene core sandwiched between prefinished, durable COLOURSTEEL®CP or Maxx sheets, this combination provides both an excellent insulation and strong structual support.

 

Insulation Panels provide for the cost effective construction of energy efficient, controlled environments. They are well suited to maintaining very high hygiene standards, which makes it ideal for coolstores, freezers, chillers, controlled atmoshere rooms, piggeries, chicken sheds, food processing plants, milking sheds, abattiors, air conditioned rooms, dairy factories, industrial building, warehouses and insulated truck bodies. they can also be used for workshops, portable on-site offices and all manner of buildings where an economical low maintenance building structure is required. 
    
Lanwood Industries S lock jointing system provides an esthetcally pleasing flush surface finish when beaded off with approved sealants.  The added advantage of weathertightness and a continous vapour barrier makes it the ideal material for all manner of free standing insulated buildings.

Combined with minimal support structure and Lanwoods S lock jointing system, they represent an extrememly economical and efficient roof cladding system.

 

Styroroof™ panels have similar flashings to conventional roofing and are easily fixed to timber of steel purlins. By eliminating on site placements of netting, insulation and building paper, rapid installation is always ensured
